How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at hello@builthq.io with your order number or the email address you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the product has a significant defect or doesn't function as described, we'll work with you to resolve it — whether that's a fix, replacement, or refund.
