By accessing or purchasing products from BuiltHQ ("we", "us", "our"), operated via builthq.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products & Delivery
BuiltHQ sells digital products (software tools, source code, templates). All products are delivered instantly after purchase — you will receive immediate access to download your product via email and your Lemon Squeezy account. No manual intervention or customization is required.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own projects (personal or commercial). You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product itself. You may use the output generated by our tools without restriction.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices are listed in EUR. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All BuiltHQ products, including code, design, branding, and documentation, remain our intellectual property. Your purchase grants a usage license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our tools will meet your specific requirements or produce specific results. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our products.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuiltHQ's total liability for any claim arising from use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
